What happened to the blog?

It's now Monday.  Strokr n' Ayce have been home for a couple of days,  and our last post was  few days ago.

Much to our surprise, people have actually been reading about our adventures, and both Strokr n' Ayce heard from folks who wanted to know how the trip ended.

What happened was some long days   - early start from Muskegon,  long day in the rain in Detroit and a  drive to Toledo to spend the night.  Then an early wake-up call on Saturday, breakfast at the Star Diner on Alexis Road in Toledo (the food is good, and you will have to visit yourself to see the other attractions at the Star Diner).

Met Mark and his green 1967 Corvette Convertible (big block for you gear heads), and drive back into Michigan a couple of hours to the GM Proving Grounds at Milford.   Several hours at Milford, drive back to Toledo, and for Ayce, drive back to Youngstown.

3300 miles, too much good food, a bit too much whiskey, too much sun (7 days), too much rain (one day), and way, way too much inhaled exhaust fumes and your driver (Strokr) and reporter (Ayce) spent Sunday crashed and napping.

Look for new posts through out the week as we wrap up our our 2011 Hot Rod Power Tour Adventure.
